Refund Eligibility
Clients may request a refund within 7 to 14 days from the date of purchase or service agreement, subject to the following conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted in writing via email.

- Custom development services already delivered or substantially completed may not qualify for a full refund.
Service-Based Refunds
For digital services such as website development, application development, SEO, digital marketing, branding, and AI solutions, refunds are processed only if we fail to deliver services as per the agreed terms and project scope.
Product Returns (If Applicable)
For any digital or downloadable products, refunds are applicable within 7 to 14 days if the product does not function as described or has technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team.
